4th july:) the day that i will never forget.
today i had my quarter finals. puisin, bingzhen, jesmund, yilin, yunling-they were all there to suport me. even though they have to pay 7 dollars for the stupid bottle of drinks where u can only get for $1.20 outside, they did not complain anything. they did not say anything at all.
i was the second one. i went on stage with my hands still shivering like nobody's business and my throat wasn;t reali cleared yet. freak lo! 2nd one! i haven't even reali get ready yet and i m already going to sing!
without me reali noticing, the next thing i know is that i m ALREADY ON THE STAGE! and the next thing that struck me reali hard was:
ONE OF THE JUDGE IS DAMN FREAKING CUTE LA!
haha! alright, meishan...come back! dun stray away too far okies! haha.
hmmm. the gang was reali good la. they gave me reali good suport, shouted my name and make mi feel so much warmth. they sang together with me thru out the song. they swayed together with the song. they were so involved in the song. and not forgetting that, they also KEPT STARING AT THE MALE JUDGE LA! stupid. haha!( i mean puisin and yilin. it wld be a bit freaking if jesmund does tat also rites?? haha!)
i finished the song. i dun think i sung well seriously. i forgot the phrases, sung wrongly. aiyo. super bad la.
here are the comments:
1. when i sing low tune, i will have to sing louder cuz the audience can;t hear me properly
2. too much noise voice
3. high tune too sharp. very bad for the ears.
4. hold the microphone wrongly, cover too much of my face
hmm. i guess i have to reali improve on that la.
den i saw and heard a lot of the contestants. some were reali good. some were bad. some were HOT. some had reali bad dress sense. some had a cute "opps". some were nervous. so so so so so so many! and so funny!
hmm.. guess who is my fav contestant?????????
THE MALE JUDGE!
haha. meishan is crazy!
so, i thought i will not get in la. cuzmany sung pretty well. so i decided to enjoy the show and reduce my grumbling. i reali pity the gang. they had to listen to my grumbling over and over again and they seemed still reali patient with me. haha! if i were them, i would have said: " MEISHAN! COULD PLS SHOUT UP!" but they didn;t. i im reali thankful:)
soon, everything was over and i had to go back to the room to wait for the results.
the next moment, i was on the stage, and
7210 was being called!
yilin and puisin shouted. yunling cheered. bingzhen and jesmund clapped.
i m in! yes! meishan is into the semi finals.
i can;t believe it either. ME? SEMI FINALS? cannot be la.! how can someone tt sings like a duck get in?(my ah pa always says that i sing like a duck). a female duck to be exact.
now, i m in. i must work hard, train hard, sing hard.
NO MATTER WHAT THE NEXT RESULT WILL BE, I M STILL VERY HAPPY.
